I stumbled upon this song several years ago and I'm curious if you think it means anything.

    I'd say it means Neil Young was probably even more stoned than usual when he wrote it.

    It means that no one should be allowed to cover Neil Young's songs. That was insulting. I'm glad he ain't dead. They'd be calling him, "Pinwheel Neil."
