        Since they are overseas they are sleeping right now and think this rule from the Sticky applies here - " The Warrior Forum is virtually 100% member moderated." ..

        They must think we are all un-greatful.

    A little digging (not much) turned up 15 accts by this person or bot. Some may be closed now - but that's one dedicated spambot.

    Of course, the mods don't set their own schedules. If there are gaps that would be on admin.

    I am happy, for the most part, with what they do. Most of the time things are taken care of immediately or very soon.

    I don't understand why some no judgment required reports are ignored, though. In the past that was because of admin's rules. Think back to when they had the disconnect on the WSO rules - they had a public version and a private version We would report and the mods wouldn't do anything but in the end it wasn't their fault.

    I do wonder if the X # of reports hides threads is still active. It seems that may not be the case anymore or the number required is too high.

    I also wonder why they put in the pre-moderation in the main forum but not elsewhere.

    Keep up the good work mods! Thanks for what you do. I'm sure it's tough.

      There are 2 threads with stolen copy and paste content on the
      main forum which vanished when reported.
      Both have been reinstated so someone must be about.
      But they've still failed to spot the bot spam
      which has been in this forum for close to 10 hours now.

    I won't post the link to his thread. You would of thought they would of banned this clown or bot by now ! Of course it is here in the section and it will most likely stick around awhile. In a few more minutes I would bet a few more posts to go up here.

      There were a bunch more from him this morning. It seems that individual threads get removed without digging out the weed by the roots.

      What would be so tough about banning his IP, any user name that starts with his base, anything that starts to promote those shows/channels... indeed any link, (as was already mentioned above). This is not rocket science, and such automation was already fully in place before this place was sold, so the code's still there.

    In the past there was software that blocked people like this - that was removed when FL bought the forum...don't know why.

      That would probably help for a while. How long is the question. Spammers will catch on sooner or later and start posting in other people's threads where their spam is harder to spot by a roving mod. In-thread posts are very reliant on members reporting them to get them removed, and it seems a lot of members have stopped reporting spam. Most members don't bother, and never have.

    The weekend's starting early this week.

    Spam posts have been hanging around for over 6 hours and now there's a black magic fest going on. The posts have been reported - in some cases more than once and .................... no reaction whatsoever by the mods AGAIN.

    It's just getting to be a total waste of time reporting anything so from today I'm not going to bother any more.
