Warrior who is an attorney?

There is/was a Warrior a while back who is an attorney who handled internet stuff. I can't remember his name anybody remember? Or do you know an attorney versed in internet stuff. Somebody cloned one of my sites and I need some assistance. Thanks for any leads.

    I would check out legal zoom. To see, who they recommend. Also, make sure. To ask for an international attorney, who specialize. In dealing with internet and copy right infringments.if you own the rights to your product or service or site.

    Brian Kindsvater is an attorney and used to post here more often.

      Thanks, the challenge is the host is in Europe and they deny any obligation to do anything -- which is expected because they are well known as a protective host for warez, cloned sites and other black hat stuff.

      The cloned site has no legit contact info. I believe they scraped my content from the Internet Archive for an "instant site" (hey, why go to all the trouble of producing your own content? lol) for backlinks.

      The links they added to my stolen content lead to a service provided by, dah dah dah dum, a well-known Warrior. (Also in another country).

      I think the Warrior outsourced to an SEO service who scraped the site for instant content for a site for backlinks. Or they did it themselves. Not sure yet.

      So I'm just getting my ducks lined up first so I don't make any missteps.

        I assumed it was something like that, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to throw the DMCA idea out there.
