Google Recommendation - Where Does It Store?

Hi there, Recently I visited a website and I wanted to download a file. The url was locked until I clicked on google recommendation icon. see image below this post. Now I want to see where does the google recommendation store? I went to g+, gmail, and google drive and I found nothing.

Is it only a number?
