My first thought was...Of course, the psychic networks have been predicting this for months, down to the day. Why don't we listen? Lives could be saved.

Of course, it's sad when a celebrity dies.

I remember where I was when I found out that Michael Jackson died. I was at my Dad's funeral. Everything was going well, until someone ran in and said "Michael Jackson just died!". I broke down in tears. It really affected me.

As soon as we heard, it brought a real sense of loss to the proceedings. It was a sad day....poor Michael.

sure, I'll politely listen to your tales of drunken debauchery but I thought we were talking about ghosts? What does this have to do with the subject at hand?

In any case, Lord Oda Nobunaga once warded off a ghost by making a haiduken and the event was registered by none other then Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

and everyone started dancing the polka including Mother Theresa.

Geesh, you lot are morbid.

But l will add one more, a guy yesterday, (47 so he should have known better) lighted up an illegal firework that exploded in his face, and he died.

The previous year two people messed around with them and one flew at someones face, and he eventually died.

I heard illegal fireworks up and down my street yesterday, so apparently stupid and new years go hand in hand.
