I remember where I was when I found out that Michael Jackson died. I was at my Dad's funeral. Everything was going well, until someone ran in and said "Michael Jackson just died!". I broke down in tears. It really affected me.

As soon as we heard, it brought a real sense of loss to the proceedings. It was a sad day....poor Michael.

Gee Claude settle, that Xmas ghost conversation must have had you biting on a bone, or something...

For the record someone who doesn't believe in ghosts is irrational....

For the record, someone who says that someone who doesn't believe in ghosts is irrational, is irrational. Perhaps even certifiably so.

Mastering kamehameha (or even the lowly haiduken) is the best chance for humanity to fight back against ghosts .

sure, I'll politely listen to your tales of drunken debauchery but I thought we were talking about ghosts? What does this have to do with the subject at hand?

In any case, Lord Oda Nobunaga once warded off a ghost by making a haiduken and the event was registered by none other then Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

You never heard about this? A tad surprised there's nothing about this in the Western ghost litterature.

Nobunaga (alongside the Bodhisattva Saitama) created a series of techniques
specifically to defeat ghosts such as:

                "haiduken" (already mentionned)
                "Consecutive serious sidesteps"
                "Serious punch"
                "Consecutive normal punches"
                "two-handed consecutive normal punches".
                "arm punch of non-committment"

                Can you read kanji?

Bodhisattva Saitama, wasn't he the leader of one of the great superpowers 12,000 years ago, (l won't say the A word) went to war, and used the occasional atomic weapon?

Never heard of punches, apart from what Claude mentioned, and Dr Strange perhaps.

At Mother Theresa's funeral someone made the joke: "Claude Whiteacre has just died!"

and everyone started dancing the polka including Mother Theresa.

The polka has long been considered the traditional dance of love and respect. Only the most revered and honored people receive the special "Polka Tribute".

No. I think everyone is irrational. Believing in ghosts is simply one of the many ways irrational thinking can be seen.

You manifest your irrationality by thinking you are funny.

My belief that I am hilarious comes from delusional hyper megalomania.....not irrational thinking.

            See the difference?

              Rationalizing being irrational. Got it.
