    Am I really seeing a trailer for The Last Airbender popping up in a Warrior Forum thread? In 2017?!

    I don't know what to make of this, but best to nip it in the bud before people get the impression that the 2010 The Last Airbender film is actually any good at all.

    It's garbage.
    Watch the original, thank me later.

    Well, just watched it, and pretty good movie all up, true some scenes with them flapping their hands around got a bit on the dull side, and the hottie losing her white hair sucked, but visually pretty impressive.

    They tried to set up a second one, but decided against it; l guess that the takings weren't inspiring enough.

    And l guess that the spirit world thing would make some cringe, but all up, worth a look!

      Preserve this. It's the only positive review of this movie on the internet. Even Netflix viewers who will award any old crap 5 stars couldn't muster up anything better than 1 star for it.

      Wild horses couldn't drag me into watching this. I'll go even further than that - wild women couldn't get me to watch it.

      Give me On The Waterfront, 12 Angry Men, Apocalypse Now or Citizen Kane any day over anything M Night Shyamalan has any hand in.

        So, l take it that you are giving it a thumbs down?

        Visually it is a beautiful movie, a bit like neverending story meets the industrial revolution, meets Darth Vaders, brothers standin.

        If l went to see this in a theature l would have to be prodded occasionally to stay awake, and the storyline has a Avatar, cliche feel to it.

        I would say that the visuals was the main thing that carried this, so worth a look, certainly better than The Hunger Games, that is boring to the extreme.

    The original is a masterpiece - score and all, don't be put off just because it's animated.

    There is more characterization in my left thumb than in this entire film. Seriously - there are solid reasons why fans of the original dislike this.
