PayPal Help!

My account says "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." when I try to send money or pay and invoice or just pay a normal purchase.

Please help.

  • Have you verified yourself (ID), and had you payment methods verified??
    PP will not do financial transactions until you proven your bona fides. Yes you can contact PP but it is difficult try email first.

    • I have never called PayPal and not gotten to speak with some in a matter of a few minutes. I wish that many more companies were as easy to get to speak to someone as it is at PayPal.

  • Just sounds like you need some backup accounts linked to PP.

    It also takes up to three days to allow more money to show up in your PP account, so if you immediately transfer money into PP, and then buy something it will probably have kittens.

    The issue has been resolved, thanks for all the replies... There support was very fast. I got my account reviewed in less than an hour since documents were uploaded.
