Looking for a task tracker

I have a small team of 8 members (including 4 developers, marketing manager, sales manager and 2 support managers). I need a simple and preferably free (or very cheap) task management software. We've tried using Trac and Redmine, it's ok for devs, but other members couldn't cope with it. Is there a more simple software with the same features?

On my experience, you either get a free software and then add some features to it, of pay some money for a decent software. We used Wrike for some time, now for one of my projects I'm testing a software called Deskun, it's also pretty good.
