mp4 to pdf ... is there some way?

mp4 to pdf ... is there some way to do this?

But something that doesn't generate some massive file? I found one site that converts them but the file size is always too large. I'd rather just have something that grabs a few screen shots here and there making them into the pdf. or something like that.

    Consider that a MP4 has many frames, sometimes ~30 per second. How would you propose that this be converted mechanically without grabbing every frame? If you just need a few frames, determined by you (or another person), why not simply grab those?

    Find a video splitter -- a tool that spits out frames as images extracted from videos. I think even VLC can do that. Then choose the images you need, perhaps optimize them -- and then use another tool to convert the images into a PDF.
