I think, many one here uses iStockphoto.

I cannot see any option there to turn off auto-renew. Also I cannot see my subscription listed anywhere.

So, I believe, they removed the page and option.

Can anyone rechek and confirm me if I am wrong?

      I mean,
If anyone have a subscription plan on istock, can tell me, where I can see the purchased subscription plan AND how to turn off the auto-renewal.

Their support Don't ask That's a horrible experience. I was posted another thread in details about it, but the thread maybe deleted.

Oops! a little mistake, I cannot find such a option because it says "You currently don't have any iStock credits or a subscription." Great!

So, its clear that I haven't subscribed.

But the problem is, they taking $40 USD each month, and there is no other clue except my debit card statement.

Better I like to say they are stealing $40 USD each month.

Which is a more horrible experience, dealing with their tech support or handing them $40 a month for absolutely nothing? I'll be nasty to you for only $35 a month and I'll give you as much as they do in the way of product or service.

Admit it. You can't beat that deal.

      You're welcome.

The only thing to fear is Lanfear itself.

Shut them down by contacting your bank (debit card account).

I have no idea why this is difficult.

They are not 'stealing' - they wouldn't have you debit acct info if you didn't give it to them.

Or just call the bank and stop the nonsense like everyone else on earth would have done after the first unwanted payment. It's like a 10 min. phone call on a slow day.
