Totally dependent on how a vehicle is used, abused and maintained. A question with no correct answer as there are simply too many variables at play.

Depends on which of the millions of results on any search that you choose to use. Obviously, some are more authoritative than others, or you would only need one source.

My Ford Truck and Toyota Camry have outlasted my Honda Mini-van and Chrysler, and my Chevy Tracker that had a Suzuki engine.

    That's my experience.

I have a Nissan Pursar 1988 model, that has probably done over 300k, stilll purring.

Well, apart from a thousand or so in repairs every 2 or so years, and l little bit of rust.

Nissan do make great engines, or used to, so that is a start.

Checker cabs, the first cars I drove as a cab driver. We averaged 350,000 miles each in the early 80s and if a driver got into an accident, they'd just hose off the dashboard and put the next driver in the cab.

Honda CRV 2007 model - virtually indestructible.

Nearly 300,000 (hard backwoods) miles and only needed new tires, two sets of front brake pads and two batteries.

For me, the german cars is the only way to go. I've had VW Beetle and Audi A6 S line, extremely happy with both of them. But then of course, you have to take care of your car if you want it to last

I want to add that japanese cars are also a good choice. And of course, I agree that there is no car that will last long if you don't take care of it.
