I am predicting the winner of the 2018 Fifa World Cup to be Brazil or Spain.

Supporting England.

But realistically, Germany or Spain.

I can't see Brazil or Argentina winning it. Though they have some excellent individuals, can't really see either team reaching the final.

I wish good luck to all the participated countries. I am more interested in watching the match who will play outstanding this year.

Argentina was a big let down seems like Messi is cursed playing for his nation's team.

What you guys think about Croatia and their chances?

Hopefully Germany & Argentina will get knocked out in group stages.

Rooting for England to reach at least the semi finals. Only real threats at the moment are Portugal, France and croatia.

Croatia will repeat success from '98 or even better.

England made history by winning a penalty shoot out to complete the final 8. What's left is:

Uruguay v France
Brazil v Belgium
Sweden v England
Russia v Croatia.

It was a brilliant result yeah but nothing we've done so far gives me much confidence in beating Sweden. I think we were very average overall. All we done so far basically is score from set plays against weak opponents. I think we've scored 3 goals in 4 games that were in open play and one of those was a fluke. I really don't see much difference to how we were playing in Euro 2016, trying to pass the ball around but nobody creating real chances and no ability to finish the other team off.

Watching it last night I just thought same old story, get in front but can't finish them off then end up losing a goal. I'm not surprised we didn't go out on penalties because at least they've been practising them for once but it shouldn't have got to that in the first place. I hate it because every time we play in tournaments it's tense and frustrating. Just want to see some decent football which means opening teams up and scoring goals. The last time we played any decent football for more than one game against decent opponents was Euro 96 ffs.

Even so I'd absolutely love to see us beat Sweden but it's 50/50. Just hoping it's one of those games where everything just clicks.

From the way it has been going so far, I feel that this FIFA World Cup will bring in more surprises. Brazil will favor their chances provided they win the match against Belgium, which will not be easy for them. On the other hand, Uruguay, France and England all have showed excellent temperament. If I have to guess then, Belgium will be the Cup winners.

Looking at the current play of the teams, I think it's going to be a France vs England final..

I like Griezman, that's why supporting France. Mbape also playing excellent in this series!

I have a feeling France is going to win it big time.

Champions will be Croatia or France. Both teams are great!

England were more pleasing to watch against Sweden than any of our other games so far. Not sure if that was because we're playing better or Sweden were just poor. I think Croatia will be easier to win against than Sweden personally but not making any predictions.

France and Belgium, really looking forward to that one. I think Belgium will win that myself but depends on whether France turn up or not how close it will be. Not too bothered who wins. Would like to see ET and penalties.

I think Belgium have more determination and incentive than France. Whether that's enough for a win, I guess we'll see.

Watching Croatia beat Russia the other night (or early morning my time), they looked like the walking wounded after the game. Match fitness will play a part in their success or defeat.

My prediction:

Belgium to beat France

France beat Croatia for 3rd place
Belgium beat England in the final.

All games will be close though and it wouldn't surprise me if all 4 games get decided on penalties.

The French defense looks strong, who are you guys predicting as the winner for tomorrow England or Croatia? I am leaning more to Croatia because of the amount of high caliber professional players they have.

Croatia was awesome in the match. Man we are in for some good football in the final...Seems as though France will grab its second one.

I don't think Croatia were that good, more that England haven't got the quality to put teams to bed unfortunately. I don't think France will have that problem but good luck to Croatia, would be good to see them win.

Despite my predictions (see above) for the semis, I would've liked to have seen a Belgium v Croatia final. Neither side has been in a final let alone won it, so it would've been good for FIFA as a body and for the sport itself.

England got manhandled by Belgium. I was really surprised they made it so far I believe they had a weak bracket. My prediction is France will pull the win vs Croatia. Going to be an amazing game either way.
