Have you tried typing this into google ? HP laptopds under $500.00 you might actually have to work and click on a link to Walmart, Amazon, Ebay....etc.

Better yet why not just go straight to H.P. and see the latest products. Do you think that would be a better choice than asking here. HP might have the latest information on what is new.

    Gaming laptop for under $500.00?

Start more at like $1,200 for something remotely capable.

man, i love the HP Spectre x360 that i got last year. Not built for gaming, but the best Windows notebook out there, IMO, quad core i7, QHD touchscreen, Bang & Olufsen speakers, light as a feather, around $1800

I bought an HP slim PC maybe a month ago. Not playing games but it's nice, smaller than my last slim PC and Win10. I think I paid less than $250, I'm cheap like that.

I also bought a 3 year warranty, lol paranoid. Lightening got my last PC. It will probably get hit by lightening the day after the warranty expires.

It would be nice/smaller If it didn't have a DVD player. I haven't used DVDs in a couple of years. Retro tech. It's like having a cassette player in your car, why?

Is the cheapest HP gaming Laptop I could find. You can however get better deals with Lenovo, Asus, and Acer.

Specs wise i prefer HP Omen laptops. They have been specifically designed for gaming and are also not very expensive. For a casual gamer Omen would be the best choice.
Take a look at Omen 15T.

Yes, some new laptops and PC are coming out with the new i9 chip, which in some cases is marginally faster than an i7, but in others phew, impressive.
