Does Indeed blacklist IP addresses of job posters?

I posted a job ad on indeed awhile ago and it was shown for a brief period before being taken off the site. The site said that it wasn't up to "quality standards". Now, when I try to post a job from my laptop, I am always required to provide a Facebook page or LinkedIn page to verify the job. My account is almost always blocked from posting jobs on Indeed. My questions is, does Indeed blacklist IP addresses and should I look to have someone else post the job for me? Also, has anyone had success posting jobs on Indeed and what were the titles for these jobs? Thanks.

    If it's an offline business you can use the Indeed Job Spotter app., post two images of the outside of the business with a help wanted sign (Indeed Job Spotter example).

    If it's IM, forget it.
