What email client to get?

Hi, I've got multiple business email accounts as well as a couple of personal accounts. And it's just boring and wasting of huge time to check individual email accounts throughout the day. I need to check emails almost 10-20 times in every 30 minutes throughout the entire day and going to individual email accounts each time is waste of big time.

I was looking at Thunderbird but Mozilla stopped supporting it and stopped development and I'm a bit concern to input my passwords and also maybe I run into an error in future, then I would get no support from devs.

So, what do you suggest on this? What do you guys use yourself?

Thanks in advance!

I use Outlook. I have tried others in the distant past but nothing compares in my opinion.

I funnel everything through gmail. In and out in minutes every few days. Quick, light, my fave.

    Thanks for the recommendations.

And is there any way I can get Outlook only for the lifetime? By that I mean I wouldn't want to pay the price to upgrade when, for example, MS 2019 comes out.

Also, I was looking at Postbox email client. Anyone knows how it is?

Not that I know of. Nowadays Microsoft is moving more to the subscription model where you pay monthly or yearly.

Of course, you can take a chance and use it for 10 years or whatever the support time limit is but then you wouldn't get any more bug or security fixes after that ends.

I use Mailwasher Pro. You can set up every email account you have including gmail, yahoo, etc., as well as private mailservers. Set it up to check every 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes or however frequently you want.

You can also set it to automatically delete spam as well. A bargain at less than $30.

There's also a free trial version that has some features disabled but will allow you to check out if suits your needs.

Check it out here: https://www.firetrust.com/products/mailwasher-pro (not an affiliate link).

So that blind people can hate them as well.

Yes, definitely gather all your email accounts in Outlook, as Mark Singletary also suggests. I believe you´re able to have as many as you´d like on there. Also, inside Outlook, you´ll be able to separate all your email clients in separate folders if needed

Have tried " All inboxes " feature in the Gmail app ? Get a tablet if you are not happy with the smartphone screen to deal with Gmail app

I personally use Outlook just because it comes with Windows. My personal favourite to date is Thunderbird. I will use it any day if other options die out

I forward everything to a single Gmail account. I have about a dozen email addys that appear in that account.
