An All-In-One Note taking app like EverNote/OneNote?

Hi, I'm about to get a premium note-taking app and thinking to ditch Evernote. Thing is I like Evernote and if I decide to get anything other than EverNote, I would have to copy each note manually to the app that I buy. The very thought of the time that will be spent and the horror on copying each note and notebooks to the other app is already giving me headaches lol. xD

I dont have any issue in EverNote except the encryption feature. Now I am struggling to encrypt images properly? How do I do it? Images to PDF?

Then I looked at OneNote and its good too and plus point is I can password protect individual sections which are a huge plus from Evernote but sync in one note is absolute crap and that still continues today.

So, I'm struggling with -
1) Privacy Issue - EverNote's NO way to fully encrypt notes. Its inbuilt text encryption won't encrypt text if it have bullet points or automatic numbers lol. Its like I have to manually write "1)", "2)", "3)", depending on the number of points. It's annoying, right? Weird.

2) I CAN'T encrypt images in EverNote.

3) I absolutely love OneNote and even have the OneNote importer tool in my desktop but the sync is utter trash.

I'm a kind of guy who is always clipping and writing important business notes as well as very sensitive personal notes and want to upload pics too.

In EverNote, all are cool except NO ENCRYPTION option, and in OneNote, all are cool except TURTLE TYPE SYNC ISSUES lol. Every good thing in the world will always have one flaw lol.

Any idea on what to do?

I need something all-in-one solution like OneNote or Evernote and should have the capability to web clip also.

Any recommendation? I'm on Win 10 btw.
