I would like to advertise a free webinar I'm doing on copywriting where I attendees can submit copy and I will review it live.

Is it allowed to make a post talking about that in the appropriate channel?

Thanks

If you put that in a post in the discussion part of the forum, the mods will delete it.

You have 3 options that I see:

You can put a link in your signature. Note that sigs have their own rules. For example, you can't point out your signature in your post. The link has to go to your own site and there are others.

You can place an ad here: https://www.warriorforum.com/wanted-members-looking-hire-you Even though it is a free service, it's still considered an ad.

And finally, you can try to put it in the War Room. But it's got to be exclusive - not available to the public or non WR members. You also can't require an opt-in to get the "gift" or watch the webinar.
