Which wireless carrier postpaid or prepaid offers the most bang for your buck? Which offers the most features, coverage and service? Who have you used and what is your opinion/experience/review with them?

The best ones are going to be a company like Freedompop (which I use) who pay multiple wireless providers, buying time and data in bulk.

Anyone currently using Metro PCS or Cricket Wireless please share your review/experience with them.

When the money is right I train the trainers for AT&T and Sprint. My own provider is MetroPCS, however Sprint would be my provider if MetroPCS did not exist.

My own experience with MetroPCS is excellent and my own experience with Sprint is almost excellent.

A while back Sprint pushed almost all customer support overseas and is in the process of bringing the support back to the U.S. owed to too many customer complaints about the support staff language barrier. It was not so much about overseas reps not speaking English well enough, but more about overseas reps misinterpreting the English and in the end doing more harm than good.

All-in-all Sprint is very competitive and MetroPCS is more about.. you get what you pay for.

I have heard good things about Metro PCS, Sprint is horrible in this part of the US. I was also considering Cricket Wireless but have not heard a lot about them.
