i can't give the description of some of my interpretations ..

but i can interpret this.. as i do not think it is AI we have to worry about .. or machine learning .. It is boils down to how people decide to train or teach the AI .. to get a personality from the ai ..
and if people put ai in armed robots and give the robot the choice to kill human under its own process.. and they wipe out civilians .. the people who programed the ai should be charge with the war crimes ..

actually in my own crazy mind .. If an alien AI intelligence was going to take over a planet .. instead of a full invasion or instant assimilation..it would allow and seed the target planet to take over .. so that planet convinces itself it is developing the AI ..and slowly turns most if not all governing systems over to and ever improve AI based infrastructure ..

Ok basically what we are doing ..most of the data being gathered and compiled in a thousand differnt places .. has no use to humans yet .. or marketers yet .. but larger and larger amounts of data are being collected and stored ..for what ever reason

    No, we need three laws....

#1 I cannot harm a human, (Claude exempted).

#2 I can save a life if it doesn't conflict with the first law.

#3 I can think "what the hell" when conditions are favorable.
