No. Japanese people cannot use the internet. In fact, I forbid them from starting any business.

I would ask "them" if they know of such a thing. You might have to learn Japanese (as well as English) and how to read and write it to do this.. and then hang around Japanese Marketing Forums.

I think it's a good strategy if you really want to know
