CBD Oil -who has ideas about how to market or find leads - this product is becoming a big deal

When a person hears CBD Oil - they think about marijuana but it is not marijuna because it doesn't have the ingredient of THC which brings the high - on the other hand when i did a very simple post on my fb page asking who knew about - several people are taking it with miraculous results to all kinds of physical, emotional and mental challenges --

the above statement was just clarify what cbd oil is - now the purpose of this post is to see if any of the warrior forum members have thoughts or experiences marketing such a product -- can you use social media for example and how would approach your friends in such a media

how would we find people who might want such a product?

any and all feedback is welcome - have a great day

      Thirdly, when are you going to get in to your head that gambling on derivatives as you are doing is NOT investing in stocks. If THC.AX ever does make a profit and pays a dividend to its shareholders, you will NEVER receive any of that dividend because you do NOT own any shares in the company.

        I know, a sloppy way to answer on my part.

        THC AX, is an Australian company, l only trade US, based hemp ones.

        Last point not sure, when l check my logs it says that l am trading 100, shares of whatever, and this isn't on margin.

        So possibly trading ..... for a few days, to some may not constitute a legitimate part owner of that stock or share?

        Yes, these are all real shares for companies and funds listed on US stock exchanges. When you buy shares in these companies (at least 1 share) you are entitled to vote.
        I don't trade on margin anymore, considering their s***y track records, and dirty bag of tricks.

        And as for gambling on derivatives, l guess that is in the eye of the beholder.

    Hard market.

    Facebook doesn't allow any advertising of CBD or medical marijuana products.

    Neither does Instagram. Both have put restrictions on my accounts.

    I run a CBD info blog witj scientific studies and advice I don't directly sell anything.

    Can't get any keyword ideas as Google doesn't allow it.

    So , the playing field is really even but really tough. Everything is going against you.

    I do think it could be really profitable if I could get a few pages to the top of Google. A lot of business would be willing to advertise.

    I think there is 30k CBD and medical marijuana based businesses in the US alone. I imagine they would pay a premium to be on a page on the first page of Google.

    Trouble is, you're going to struggle to get there.

    The only thing i have noticed is it maybe worth paying Instagram influencers to share content.

    Problem with that is everyone with over 8k followers now think the sun shines out their a**e and they deserve paying.

      thanks ishaq for presenting a marketers overview - it was very helpful - didn't know about the limits to advertise via social media - I find it strange though as the company I am associated with, their product of cbd oil has been approved via the FDA which does stringent testing - I guess when a special ingredient which is natural that comes from nature is able to help many people with different physical challenges and doesn't use drugs - this can be challenging - have a great day!

    No, it's not. Hemp is a distant cousin to Marijuana and has negligible amounts of THC.

    CBD is an undesirable component of marijuana. For 50 years breeders have gone to great lengths to eliminate it from their hybrids. "CBD absent" is a benefit.

    I could put most anything in a capsule, link it to some trending topic and the sheep will gobble it up.

    I think I need to smoke some bong hits, this misinformation is making me sad.

    Personally, I do not do drugs and anything related to drugs to include marketing anything related to drugs. With that said, I have a lot of business and social friends that smoke. They respect me and my crew enough o keep it to themselves.

    I see a local Cigar Shop now has a sign out front that says "CBD Oil available here". Not sure how else they promote it. Think they are trying to compete with the hedge shop across the street..Seen people trying to sell you the opportunity to promote CBD Oil on Craigs List. The catch is you have to buy the product than distribute it.

    I take it, Shane is shorting Tilray Stock.. If Shane is looking to investing he should look into the REIT: Innovated Industrial Properties at least they offer a dividend unlike the other cannabis stocks.

    It works with regards to relaxing and promoting sleep and it's got a solid purpose and by no means a after product without purpose.

    The average 420 Joe Blow will attempt to derail it for the fact it's gained attention and distracted from the main deal.

    Finding the market is the fundamental part of sales however. The same applies to every 'niche'.

      thanks joldschool - yes it is getting huge and have experimented on fb with short posts with questions and finding out #1 - already many people know about it #2 quite a few with chronic pain are using it and getting relief - although I wouldn't call cbd oil - weed which is usually associated with marijuana they are a bit different but if you definition includes a hemp plant as weed then I guess - thanks for responding !!

    To be honest, I used to think that hemp and cbd oils are the same things. After the legalization of marijuana this question has been discussed almost on every forum, so I decided to find out more on the topic. I was lucky to find a great article that explained me the difference hemp oil vs cbd oil. Hemp oil is THC-free and is used in food as a supplement. Cbd oil includes THC that causes the feeling of euphoria. So, as I understood, you are talking about hemp oil. Maybe you can call your product another way in order people don't think that it is connected with marijuana. As for the promotion, it is possible to look for the affiliate programs, even among companies that sell cannabis products.

      Hi Susane - thanks for answering my post. Hemp and CBD oil is the same thing - in the cannabis family of plants there are two plants marijuana and hemp - they are not the same - the marijuana has a high level of THC from 5-30% while there is a small amount of THC in the hemp only 0.3% - I have used a cbd oil that is full spectrum from the hemp plant with 0.3% and I did not get high -- so hemp or cbd oil can be thc free or with this small amount. The popular name for the oil now is cbd oil which is linked to the substance cbd which is a cannaboid that the human body does require to work in an optimum way which is why so many people are being helped. Plenty of affiliate programs are out there of course - thanks for your comments and hope I cleared things up a bit.
