Ok, been a while, but it finally got to its next target, or Kyper belt object.

This video will fill you in, l guess.

Just a blur currently, but since it can cover about 30km's per second, at present it has done all that it can do, (take images, video etc) and it currently flying away, getting ready to send us the first lot.

I always like late Xmas presents, lol.

Yep, depending on fuel, they will most likely direct to another one, or better still go for one of those weird extra planets we have recently discovered.

I will certainly scour its first images from this one, as Bennu showed, sometimes unexpected things show up.

I just watched a show on PBS about this called Beyond Pluto. They put a lot of work into this. First, they had to find an object using Hubble. Then they had to figure out the orbit and detect the speed of it so they could anticipate where it would be so they could reach it. It took a lot of really smart people to pull this off.

Probably not adult safe either, (we don't want Claude, getting ideas) we want 2019 to be warm and fuzzy, not creepy.

I hope you realize that to get to the Kyper Belt you have to pass Uranus.

Don't even utter the planet starting with U, it is against the forum rules, and the constitution, and Mabu, and the vibe, (no definitely Mabu).

Cool animation of ....the Kyper belt asteriod/comet, whatever it is.

Certainly brings the blurry blob in focus.
