What is your favorite hobby ?

Different people have different hobbies. Their hobby may be anything like drawing, painting, sports, playing games, reading and much more. However, my favorite hobby is pretty simple and I am sure that everybody likes it. It is just gardening .

  • No - but most won't admit it. I'm rather self indulgent and like it that way.

    Two hobbies only - I spend winter avidly reading book after book on my kindle (fiction - not self improvement) and spring/summer/fall riding horses. Winter is a bit like hibernation.

    Not sure if WF is a hobby or an addiction or a habit....

  • I like cooking very much. I'm good at making pasta, as well as sweets. I love to cook something new. Cooking makes me feel good.
  • Driving, I am honestly not that sure as to whether it is considered as a hobby or not but it relieves all the stress that I get to encounter from time to time. I can feel kind of free when I drive while listening to my favorite music. I am also a fan of playing games be it on my smartphone or PSP at home.

    Each year that goes by, I realize that it's important to spend more time relaxing and doing things you enjoy. Work is great, but need an escape outlet where you can get away and clear your mind. Fishing and reading allow me to do that.

    I fly the Aerosoft A320/A321 on MS:FSX. Mostly I fly on domestic and regional routes to and from RPLL/MNL.

  • Archery is one of my hobby.

    I am wanting a new bow for myself. So saving up a couple of hundred dollars to get a nice recurve bow. Maybe compound will have to see which one suits me better.
  • I Love Graphics Design. I am a professional Graphics Designers with 5 years Years experience. But my hobby is adored mountain biking, it really clears my head, forces me to focus on the trail ahead and I can't think of stuff that's happened so it really is a zen time.
  • Among my recent acquired hobbies, I can bring enthusiasm for hunting and sport shooting. If you look at the choice and purchase of many items, even as small as riflescopes, I can say that the fancy is very expensive)

    • I have a few, I have loved photography and art (oil painting and pastel) since High School.

      Just horse crazy, have Arabians and rescue ex riding school horses (and donkeys) I spend time with them every morning before I start work. If it's too wet to ride I still spend time in the stables with them, then again in the late afternoon. I love driving my little tractor, feeding them, even mucking out the stables.

      My other passion comes from High School days too. Anna and I started a band with two of our school friends when we were 15, Since then one member had to leave after she married and my Daughter Sherri took her place. I'm the singer and also lead guitar (play electric and acoustic). When we were young we all had dreams of being pop stars, but alas, we were never discovered! lol, But we still play at a regular pub gig in London and at a few smaller music festivals. Sherri also has her own band and has regular gigs at 3 clubs. She learnt guitar from me, keyboards, organ and piano from Anna, and taught herself to play electric violin and flute.

    • Collecting domain names. Hobby, addiction, who's to say, lol. But when I find that one domain.... it makes me happy. Plus photography, I often stop what I'm doing just to take that one interesting shot.
    • For decades my hobby was practicing Kung Fu...which I would never use in a million years. And now I read books on philosophy...which I will never use in a million years.

  • In the spring and summer I enjoy sitting down with elderly people and discussing "whatever" as most impart wisdom that I can always use. I go to flee markets and meet a lot of nice elderly people that are sellers and buyers.

    Also, I really like to take my nieces fishing.

    In the fall and winter I like to hunker down with books. Mostly fiction.

    Whenever I have free time I visit my grandparents bring them burgers and fries and check/help them with their parakeets in a . Going home relieves all the stress that I get from work. Talking to them about life and listening to their stories is one of my favorite things to do. My granny is turning 82 years old next week and I alongside my cousins will be throwing a big party for her.

  • Hello people, I unable to resist myself to write something. Well, I have lots of hobbies or you can call it some sort of obsession. I collect stamps, coins, stickers, trade cards, matchbox covers, die cast car models, PC games, movies, cartoon series, tazos and pretty much lots of digital things like wallpapers, icons, etc. Besides that, I also do pencil sketching, painting, woodworking, clicking pics of bugs & flowers.

    • I used to fly alot as a private pilot in my little Cessna (the ultimate in social distancing). But most areas around the country have been curtailed or banned except maybe small rural airports.

      My Fav Hobby is really finding new ones really.

      When I meet someone and they are all fired up about coin collecting, memorabilia, horses, motorbikes, sports, whatever it is I find their excitement about it fascinating and entertaining.
