The predicted link appears to be in profile and user notes, so we give only the benefit...of commission.

With the possibility now of the user not returning, we can only assume that their favourite movie was: 'An American in Bangladesh'.

On that note, that's reminded me that I've forgotten to watch my first VR movie again tonight....

Yes, clever, eventhough the traffic will be a joke so not so clever, and he is from the USA, Bangladesh, (l won't mention his location, but l thank Jess, lol).

Movies, One Night in Bancock, Coming to America and Another One Bites the Dust, (l know a song) tend to work.

Enjoy your eye popping movie, l am personally going to watch Short Circuit tonight, (not the bumbling Bee, modern one).

You've got me bamboozled there, Watson, though one's work seldom comes with credit.

One Bites the Dust, (l know a song)

I know it all too well.

It's my practice tune of choice having just taken up bass guitar.

Just put his IP address into the locator, and you will get the gag.

Bass Guitar, my brother tried that, and l heard U2 over and over, lol.

Well that and Pink Floyd, (thinking WT,.....happened more than once).

            Very good.

It seems like simple, yet effective bass too.

I'm listening to 'Cause' too - also good.

    Ah! I see.

    No U2 here, for sure!.

I'm not a fan of Floyd neither, (though I prefer them by miles to U2), but 'Money' is good and it's a classic for beginners learning the bass.

I'd bet he was playing that?

      Yeees, over and over.

Pink floyd was released around the same time as Scanners the movie, scared the crap out of me, back then, (the trailer did) and when my brother played floyd, (the album) with the woman on crack, l was worried for a bit.

From 1967 to 2014 there were 15 studio albums of original material released under the Pink Floyd name.

None of them were called Pink Floyd, or Pink Floyd (the album).

The full Pink Floyd studio catalogue:

1967 Piper At The Gates Of Dawn
        1968 A Saucerful Of Secrets
        1969 More
        1969 Ummagumma
        1970 Atom Heart Mother
        1971 Meddle
        1972 Obscured By Clouds
1973 The Dark Side Of The Moon
        1975 Wish You Were Here
        1977 Animals
        1979 The Wall
        1983 The Final Cut
1987 A Momentary Lapse Of Reason
        1994 The Division Bell
        2014 The Endless River

None of their official live albums were called Pink Floyd either.
1988 The Delicate Sound Of Thunder
        1995 Pulse
2000 Is There Anybody Out There?

There were 3 "best of" compilation albums that featured Pink Floyd in the title:

1970 The Best Of The Pink Floyd
2001 Echoes - The Best Of Pink Floyd
2011 The Best Of Pink Floyd: A Foot In The Door.

I can only assume that Pink Floyd (the album) that you'r referring to was a bootleg compilation or live album, as they didn't release any albums at all in 1981 when the movie Scanners was released.

        Pink Floyd Discography

        Scanners (the movie)

BTW, this is not having a go at you, it is just for accuracy's sake. Having seen the type of music you like (as per your posts on numerous threads), I would very much doubt that Floyd would be your cup of tea in any of their incarnations anyway. Nothing wrong with that, all music is an acquired taste and in the ear of the beholder after all.

No, "Pink Floyd - The Wall" was the first one my brother bought and played over and over, 1979. And eventhough Goodbye - Blue Sky, is brilliant, l agree not my cup of tea.

Scanners came out in Australia in 1981, and to this day l have not seen it, saw all of the Chucky ones, and the animate, zombie type ones during my horror phase but not that one.

But you are right they where not released in the same year.

Most favorite,.....eventhough l am sure that 2040 will be a laugh, especially when watching it in a cinema of brown ties, l would have to say that Al Gores Inconvenient Truth, is the funniest one out of the bunch.

And l have also seen his second attempt at humour or "Inconvient Sequel, Hour to My Power",

But not as many laughs ,lol.
