Newbie... well sort of...
Today is my birthday and I bought myself access to the War Room for my birthday. I'm really looking to get (back) into IM. I became interested in this again 3 months ago. First I found DP and purchased some EBooks off if it. Then I found Warrior Forum and quickly suffered from information overload!
Tomorrow I stop sitting and reading & start acting! I bought the Affiliate Bootcamp on here about a month ago and went through the first couple days and got sidetracked. So my plan beginning tommorrow is to start back at it. Focusing only on it and not chasing the 20 new WSOs, ideas, reports, websites, methods that I come across. My first goal is to hit $500 a month. Eventually I'd like to be an "IM Tycoon" like some on here but I know there will be a ton of work to reach that (plus I have a full time job, a wife and two young kids, so I don't have a lot of free time).
I have the advantage of knowing that you can make money on the internet! From around 1996 until 2000 I made some extra cash on the internet. I made probably $5,000 total for getting paid 2 to 18 cents per banner click. I also had a membership based site that I made about $35,000 on over a 5 year period. I probably made another $500 or so through various affiliate programs during those years. I did all this without the use of a forum like this one, without any real help from anyone, just my own ideas.
Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi and hope that by posting this it will be a constant reminder to myself that it's time to act! Hopefully you guys will also keep reminding me to take action!
