Well you may not want to go with stimulants hours before you go to sleep they can reduce the quality of sleep and cause a deficit that builds over time

If you are tired you can of course try to eat shower and sleep as early as possible

Wake up like midnight work on your business a few hours then go back to sleep to rest for work

If you are tired and worn out chances are you are not being all that productive when you are attemtpting to work

So you may also dump all the extra stuff the motivational gurus tell you you need to do every day

Any reading should be stuff you can use to improve your business today. And you should know what your goals are ..so you should not have to read or write them every day

So wake up eat a big breakfast go to work do your job any break time or rest periods plan out what you will do on your business . But do your job

Go home if you need rest either crash out completely or do the donkey stuff that requires no real effort and relax for a bit

You will probably be doing this a few years so you need to work in taking care of your health and doing what you need to do to keep your job untill you are making enough online..

So the tldr is maybe you should rest when your body says rest and work on your business with every spare bit of energy and skip the motivational check list

How much exercise do you get ? If you are not getting enough exercise you may have to get up a hour earlier and get a good walk or workout in. It helps a lot to get the blood circulating the first thing in the morning. It will help you feel better at the end of the day.

Question you gotta ask is ... what is work?

Could be you a Broadway dance gal, skippin' her way from numbah to numbah mosta the week ... or an admin gal in a cubicle shufflin' figures an' emails an' shit.

Thing is, if'n you wanna do any of this stuff, what is actschwlly NECESSARY?

See, cos these two gals frickin' poles apart regardin' what they wanna DO.

Fix the DO part out first, you got a START.

Square pegs in round holes always suffer.

Thorny part comes next bcs it is kinda POV-related.

    Reality Alert: Fantasy Scenario Follows

    Congratulations, Sweetie!

You chose the right path, an' now you gotta lie in its bed!

What you expectin' at the end of the road beyond choices's immaculate offerings?

A frickin' HAMMOCK signed by [insert name of inspirin' life gooroo type here] after he/she [yeah so mebbe they did sumthin';tbh it is not yr choice, but whatevah that stuff is, guess it goes TICKBOTOXY kinda HERE] whose EZ-Life potential now empowahs me with [insert gooroo bullshit promo here]?

Way I see it, energy is prolly in all reality a question 'bout what happens DOOORIN' work.

Alla them atoms an' molecules invested with directed life gotta be worth sumthin' -- or why we not all made outta Chocklit, magicked into dance by a benevolent wizard type?

That is why I would forevah wish to finesse whatevah I got while simultaneously askin' myself whether what I got might better be served by switchin' out from finessin' to like slappin' a buncha wet clay on a revolvin' frickin' CLAY THING an' demandin' a DINNER SERVICE mixin' stylish kudos with microwave friendliness in a way gonna make my Mom's friends gasp so fast they thinkin' jeezis ima dying!

First world praaahblem, I know -- but since when was askin' optimists to STEP DOWN any kinda ishoo?

See. back in the day, we got illoomination vampin' the hell outta the planet ... light built for buzz 'steada hum ... but now we seen smarter ways to light our homes.

So I am similarly fittin' my IMA GLOW self into easier & more compatible sockets an' playin' my light about the panorama always with questions.

If I am able to exercise choice 'bout what I do, I gotta back this up smart 'bout HOW it be DONE.

    Finesse or switch.

    Burnout or phoenix.

That's what keeps me marginally functional as a ditz-brain loser Sagittarius gal forevah firin' off in searcha better ansahs without a clue jus' in case cool sh*t happens gonna roll evrywan sweeter along.

Well let's begin with the basics. Do you have a work plan?

If you don't know what you're building, and you have to figure it out every time you get back home, that's exhausting. Even for someone with experience that's exhausting.

    HI There...

My tip would be to change your get up in the morning time to an hour or two eariler if possible and do your Internet Marketing Dream first thing when you have the most energy and when your able to think most productively

Try to get to bed earlier than usually, just change your waking hours schedule around if possible..

Of course if you have a family that does things at certain times then that's going to probably make it harder to do..

Mornings are always the best for me, but maybe others do better in the evening...

Would taking a "Power Nap" (for 30 - 60 minutes) help?

Other people should encourage you, someone like your girlfriend or parents. Unfortunately sometimes they pull you down, it's the worst thing that can happen.
And besides that i drink energy drinks after work.

Exercise has always been my wake up solution. The first part of the workout is always tough, but by the end of it, I get a second wind and good to go for a couple more productive creative hours.

There's a little bit of perspective involved as well. I've always had success in changing my perspective of situations I don't first get excited about. For example...if your favorite sports team was playing in a game 7 that night and you had a really long and hard day at your job, do you think you'd still be tired and whiny about going to the game? If you were going on a first date with your dream woman, would you be feel like skipping the date for a nap? If you were up for a big humanitarian or achievement award in front of thousands of your peers, would you still feel like tired and lazy?

If your online marketing business/work is not firing you up when you get home from work, something isn't right. If you know the power and the possibilities of what IM can do for you, you would be racing home from your job to get to work to make the dream happen.

You may need to re-evaluate what you're doing online and/or change your perspective on the situation. Your energy will come back and you'll have more energy and drive than ever before without the need for stimulants.

Go for a workout. A high intensity one with pumping music. This will get your endorphins flowing and help wake you up a bit. Make sure you arent working in a dark basement. If you are find somewhere with more natural light or bright lights to work. Also, you wont always be motivated you need to find a way to be committed. Your dreams dont work unless you do.
