As far my experience is concerned I would not recommend you these sites as these sites bring you a temporary amount of visitors like fan slaves. People out there are looking for organic likes but these people on fan slaves actually like or share your post but once they earn a specific amount of points they cash that money or get like/follow etc and remove the like from your pages/profile. That has a bad impression on your page/profile that can cause decrease in visitors.
