This video demonstrates the use of the hip-assisting exosuit in different natural environments, and shows how the robotic device senses changes in the gait-specific vertical movements of the center of mass during walking and running to rapidly adjust its actuation.

Cool.

I know Claude has already ordered his.

So robotic arms/hands are as agile as human one's, and the occupant can also feel the object.

Remarkable, but not as much for military use.

Why care about the military applications of this . Unless of course you ignore the small detail. That if s.we develop ways to control machines remotly with thoughts and biofeedback .

If you can develop an unjammable signal you don't need to develop an AI that kills you just need to find people who have no problem remotly controlling killer robots .

And or you can pull an endors game like situation and have the best able users run an army of killer robots in reality while under the belief that are in some game or simulation

I am crazy an I see the biggest factor in the advancement of these technologies . Is the rapid decline in cost .

And the biggest danger is the realization that humans are not actually intelligent

True, it is remarkable that an amputee can get one of these bionic arms or legs, strap on the sensors, attach it and go about their day like they did before the Raccoon or whatever.

But it is a disturbing thought that the soldier of the future will get into a robotic suit, and being able to see through walls, have super hearing and super strengh.

Or an army of Ironmans, without the plasma weapon and flying abilities.
