How to recover accidentally formatted HDD?

Hello, I want to restore my accidentally formatted HDD. It's untouched, so it shouldn't be a problem. I need to restore it as it was before the format - by that, I mean mainly folders/paths - to be precise as before. (spam link added later - deleted by mod)

    What did you tried?
Did you go to your local computer repair shop?

  • Andre,

Don't know what your system is, but have you tried EaseUS?

I've used this a few times over the past few years for desktops, laptops and single board computers on Windows 10.
    And it works.
Just don't expect all of your files and folders to be usable after the recovery process though ...

What system and device are you using? Have you tried a third party like Bitwar Data Recovery? If the data has not been overwritten, Bitwar can recover the formatted HDD in simple steps. I have used it to restore lost documents and photos from a formatted SD card. It works well. Hope it could also help you.
