What does it mean to 'sell niches' - what are you selling? Sites? lists? ideas?

Well, yeah, I've been few years "afk" and my english is not that good is that forbbiden?

I am selling a site with already earnings, I was searching but I didn't find someone selling those kind of things so I just came here to ask

That MIGHT come under 'other webite products and services'...check that section and see if it fits. I haen't seen people selling 'sites' here recently but that may not mean anything.
