Here's a fantastic set of FREE PDF cookbooks from Costco.

Costco Cookbooks

The one titled "Cooking" has a huge selection of southern cooking recipes.

I've tried a few of these so far and they are simply fantastic.

    If you look up in the right hand corner in any of the cookbooks, the second icon from the right is a download link where you can download the PDF versions

        Thanks Scot, these look great, and it's interesting to see recipes from different areas of your country.

        This isn't quite the same thing, but to return the favour, here's a small collection of old-fashioned British puddings from a vintage cookbook. UK measurements, but as long as you remember our pints have 20 fluid ounces of liquid they should work fine.
