Yes, me also, excellent series, eventhough some parts are hard to keep up with, (Hard to tell if Picard is young or old in some bits).

Also been watching Avenue 5, which is pretty funny overall, and l am glad that they covered up the floating,....never mind.

COSMOS or watched part 2, beautiful graphics showing our distant likely future related to our sun, with unfortunately drawn out comic history lessons and a few comments which l was expecting, which is a pity considering what he said about someone in Stargate Atlantis, that is closer to reality, but no series is perfect.

But worth watching, especially with a fast forward button.

    Star Trek Picard was excellent.

Somewhat predictable to anyone that follows Star Trek, but some story altering changes makes for nice surprises.

Two significant change in particular will affect Star Trek as a whole going forward.

Agreed, it got a bit Little House on the Prairie, "my pet dog died" eventhough with Professor Some's, about something along the lines we saw could be done.

And a good spin on Data, didn't expect that outcome.

And the Romalin ship in warp never gets boring.

COSMOS season two, or l am up to the one that discusses plants and bee's, which aren't as dumb as they seem, (thankfully no Murder Hornets, lol).

And the depiction of what Carl Sagan and someone else envisioned in Jupiter's atmosphere, eventhough pushing believability is beautifully done.

National Geographic has a serious number cruncher.

The Blacklist season 7 finale goes animated due to coronavirus

It is actually a mix of animation and live-action footage. The episode was cut short due to the coronavirus, so the scenes that were not filmed are substituted with animation.

    Pretty good.

Permission has just been granted to produce a tv series of Captain Pike or before the original Star Trek series with Spock, and Mc Koy and such.

He was in the STD, one, and did a pretty good job, so it is great that in the era of the yellow suit, we will see an early Spock and pre, Captain Kurk.

A pity how Pike ends up, but at least we know he will never be laid out, so to speak.

More likely we will see season one next year, but a must see for all trekkie fans.

After finishing watching MASH, on DVD again, including the "FareWell, So long" movie, l hunted down the "After Mash" episodes, which are thankfully free on YT, but are from VHS, so don't expect HD, 4K.

Hunt through those and you will also come across one called WALTER, based on Radar and where he ended up, but only one episode was made for that one.

But yeah, that is what l am currently watching, and great to see how they adapt to real life.

And we finally get to see Ms Potter!

    Norsemen S3 - Netflix

After a rollicking first season that is laugh out loud funny, season 2 was a bit of a letdown. Still worth a watch, but eclipsed by the glory that was season 1. With season 3 the makers decided to make it a prequel to the events of season 1. Result = hilarity ensues.

    Marvellous stuff.

Aussie steaming service Stan has exclusive rights to show that down here. When Season 1 launched I added it to "My List". Still haven't gotten around to watching any of it yet but with S2 being shown (it airs the same day as in the US, without about a 2-3 hour time gap). I'll have to give it a spin.

      Thanks for the recommendation.

I watch a few of the house hunting or renovation shows, My favorites are "Love It Or List It" and "My Lottery Dream Home" I don't think they are making any at the moment due to the lockdown scenario.

I expect you think what a strange thing to like especially since I have no grand designs to buy a place. I probably am just fascinated to see Americans look at a bathroom half the size of my rental and say: "Well, it's a little small"

You mean David Bromsted? I first watched him on the designer contest he won on HGTV years ago - then he had a show of his own that was really good. Hes definitely 'out there' but his enthusiasm and optimism are hard to resist He just seems like a real person who would be fun to know.

I like the lottery show because the people on it are interesting - very normal people and David B is great for that show. He has the enthusiasm to pull it off.

My fave is House Hunters International - I like the views of homes in other countries and the landscape shots...but the people are often a bore. they get a lot of americans who want 'old world charm' along with 'big rooms and open concept'. I guess these people don't research housing before they move to a new country?

edit: I should mention that my way of watching these show is I record them so I can fast forward through the blah blah blah parts....

Yes, I think David Bromsted is a great presenter. I have viewed House-hunters Int too Places are considerably smaller than the US. You are right though, sometimes the people doing the hunting are pretty obnoxious and unreasonable and unrealistic in there requirements. I have abandoned a few episodes in all these shows because I found them too irritating.

I gasp when people see a huge place and perhaps there is just them or only having one child and they say, too small. how much room do you need? It's probably what they are used to having. Love it or List it is the worst for that. That woman works wonders on the properties but many of them still list it.

Quite often, couples are of retirement age and want huge spaces, to what end?, think of the up-keep.

AT first I had trouble getting into it. They seemed to be trying for the cheap laugh. By the end of S1 either I'd gotten used to it or the writers stopped trying so hard and it grew on me. As soon as a new season is released on Netflix, I usually binge it straight away.

      Same with Rick and Morty.

I just read that they ran out of idea's, they have covered all the scenarios and they had both died in the show and been brought back to life several times. 15 seasons is a long run anyway. Somebody should tell "Gray's Anatomy" that.

Just watched the new season's episode 1 of Grey's Anatomy and someone important to the show is discovered injured and a quick scene switch to that person's dead spouse as the episode abruptly ends.

You wasted an hour of your life watching this show? I would have "pulled it "half way into the the first ever episode if I had been in charge of the tv station.

They have made millions of dollars and are in season 17, so maybe that is why you are not in charge, otherwise you ..

I don't doubt that, it's just a show I despise. But, "Desperate Housewives" is still my number one most despised show.

We're just about finished with The Flight Attendant on HBO Max. It's pretty good. It's a tight, fast-paced murder mystery with an unreliable narrator that keeps you on your toes. It's not so much a whodunnit as it is a whydunnit.

Raising a child is akin to knowing you're getting fired in 18 years and having to train your replacement without actively sabotaging them.
