I don't think that's true. I WFH for almost 2 years now and I'm happy. I know people who've been doing the same thing for 15 years and they, too, are doing fine.

I think it's just being aware of your own state of well-being and taking care of yourself. Having other people to look after you (your partner, kids) also helps.

WFH is the best decision I've made in the life.
