Basically, a permanent WFH basis is mentally harmful to employees. What do you think?

  • I don't think that's true. I WFH for almost 2 years now and I'm happy. I know people who've been doing the same thing for 15 years and they, too, are doing fine.

I think it's just being aware of your own state of well-being and taking care of yourself. Having other people to look after you (your partner, kids) also helps.

WFH is the best decision I've made in the life.

mentally harmful to employees? I did not take it that way and that phrase was not used.

My take on it is that permanently distancing employees may create disconnects between company goals and objectives as well as community and professional bonds.Nothing more and nothing less.
