This guy shows a clip from a movie or production that first shows the leading character passing the statue of liberty with it's right arm raised seeing it from the back. Later she is standing on the dock and behind her, it faces her with the left arm raised.

Now, if you flipped or reversed film clip would it show it like that? Watch the whole thing. Obviously Liberty gets tired and changes her raised arm from time to time. LOL

Since the Statue of Liberty has the right hand extended with the torch...and this video is titled 'left hand' I would assume a manipulated or mirror image. What is the 'OA'?

I presume the OA is a Netflix production, never seen it. I'm wondering why they would do that as the person standing as she did with the statue in the background would have been perfectly ok to film as is. Especially prevalent is the fact that she looked like a human Lady Liberty and the production would feature the statue?

I'm guessing it was a goof made by someone in post production. The OA (Original Angel) is a Netflix show about a blind girl who goes missing, and returns several years later and can see. She has spent several years in captivity by a deranged man. It is one of those Netflix shows that develops a cult following, albeit, probably a small one. Not one of their best efforts, so goes my Netflix junkie opinion.
