Does marketers Get old?

Hi there, I have a metaphorical question. Since a marketer working in a marketplace for a long time but is it possible he/she could drop of from the marketplace suddenly and never got his/her feet back?

    I'm sorry that I'm a little confused.

    Are you asking if marketing gets old for marketers? Meaning marketing as a subject and vocation?

    Or are you asking if marketers get old, and drop out?

    Of course marketers drop out. Every vocation has turnover. People lose interest, they retire, they start a different path in life...they just get bored with marketing....

    Does marketing as a subject get old? Maybe. Not for me, but maybe for someone else.

    To me, marketing and selling is an endless mountain of understanding, knowledge, and wisdom.

    I'll be interested in marketing and selling even after I've completely retired and stopped all work.
