My Favorite Book is- Rich Dad Poor Dad -is Robert's story of growing up with two dads -- his real father and the father of his best friend, his "rich dad" -- and the ways in which both men shaped his thoughts about money and investing.

    I so love Transformational Energy Fantasy Land by Wat T.F. Hussein.

    He writes with such amorphous invitational flavor, most evrywan invited in.

    An' when he delivahs his consummate concloosion, nowan walks away unchanged.

    Jus' gotta figure the middle part, I guess.

    The Noo Yoork Times described this amazin' tome as 'impenetrable' -- which means if'n you fully conversant with page 3, you could prolly hold a highbrow conversation with Brad Pitt in a bar.

    (In a recent IQ test, he said there were 7 lettahs between I an' Q - an' won a speshl Fast Actschwaahn award for bein' impulsive.)

    Dunno whethah TEFL is outta print now -- but likely you can still score a copy on the dark web for $15,000 (or the equivalent in mousetraps).

    I have read that book and the bitter truth is that there is more substantive learning to be had from a Uri Geller paragraph.

    Practical methods for self-improvement which are easy to perform and last a lifetime can come from surprising places if you have an open mind.

    Does Kiyosaki show you how to fall asleep on demand? Don't you think this would be a useful life skill? Self-help get rich quick books are actually superb because they increase the wealth distribution of the economy. It balances things out - you have too much money and the author wants it - everyone wins.

    The best Personal Development book I've ever read (and I've read a few) ... Is "Start Where You Are" by Chris Gardner. (He's the Guy that the Will Smith movie "The Pursuit Of Happyness" was based on.)

    if you actually read the book and look past the cover .. i found 4 hour workweek better than rich dad poor dad

    over time i have also came to the conclusion ..you need a place to live .. and that will cost money ..and if you are going to live somewhere over 10 years it is better to buy a home if you can .. and less than ten years it may be better to rent ..

    but of course talking heads who put most of their wealth in rental properties ..will tell you many many good reasons why you should rent .and not buy ..

    there is a good reason authors who write books tell you .. it is great to read 1 book a week ..
