What is the warrior forum these days?

You don't see spam much now - because all threads are moderated and the spam is deleted before members even see it.


You did not post from may 2018 to nov 2020 - but in another post you say you are a 'lurker' which is fine. If you want to know what happened while you were not here - the threads are still here and you can go back and see what you missed. The biggest changes were in 2015 and 2016 and you were here then.

The owner of the forum prefers the aggregate posts and some new members seem to like them. They are clearly marked as being 'admin' posts so can be ignored if you don't have any interest.

As for 'dead' - compared to what it was 5-6 years ago, you're right - but that's true of most forums as many have gone to FB groups.

You will find some very good answers to some serious and even some spurious questions.

There are a couple of dozen Warriors, some very old and long time guys, some rather new to the forum, who know what they are talking about and share that knowledge with the group.

This place is what you make it.

Some of us have tried to make it a place where we take the posts at face value and try to render answers, without judgement or ridicule, however hard it might be not to.

It is a place where it is easy to get tired of seeing the same questions asked week after week. But that is how "they" want it, suggestions to remedy this have been ignored.

It is a place where you can make some money, if you have something of value to offer, some of those WSO's have been up for a couple of years.

It is a place to waste time, posting, answering questions is sometimes a feeling of doing something rather than actually doing something...find many of those types in the mind warriors sub.

What do you come back with? What are your expectations? What, if anything do have to contribute to the group?

As I once wrote a long time ago,

"you'll find what you bring along"

Freelancer bought out this forum some time ago, to secure tax concessions in the common market, so it is a bit like a porche in the mud.

And sure new members are appearing regardless, but new, members giving generic reply's, isn't really engaging, but it is a start.

This forum has a lot of potential, but as l have learned by owning my own forum, and reading about other very successful Administrators/mods, force is not sustainable.

And there are plenty of dead, and dying forums out there, but there are also plenty that are booming, l have based my one on one of the booming ones.

I have been a member here for 10 years, and have run my own forum for 6 months, but just like others, if promises are made, and years roll by with no movement in that area, then l will move on!

First off a member of a few forums, most have lost a lot of traffic. Users have jumped to facebook or just moved on. Here a lot of the original people are in a very different stage of life. Several have passed on ! The demographics of posters has changed also, most use to come from the US or Europe. Now most come from other parts of the globe.

We have had a few different Admins and they have taken this forum down a different path. Their are a few mods who actively scan the forum for spam. It is quickly deleted or reported by members. Also all new threads are moderated. That keeps 95% of all spam off the forum.

The main forum is quieter these days but you can still find some good threads in there. Also currently the Copywriting and Offline sections have a few decent threads running. Take a look.

Natchrly, it is way difficult for disenfranchied vampires evah to feel fully at home.

Whenevah the nipple that gave suck don't squirt back with the same enthoosiasm, any soul-sucked monstah gonna complain.

Imagine what Kurt Cobain felt when he nevah did any of the stuff he imagined before he killed himself.

Aw, but this is what life feels like when life is actschwlly dead.

Mortality is the ultimate leveller of value judgement statements -- hence the ultra-desirable underwah options available to the dead.

What you expect to find on this forum ? Its still a place where you can ask a question and get help ,if tou only want to make money from it then it will be a little dificult

Yeah I haven't been back in donkey's.
My main concern is the War Room. It used to be great, now seems dead.
