What's your bike? MTB? Road bike? How often do you cycle? What's your daily/weekly distance goal?

    I use a mountain bike rides on weekends 7 miles. I try to choose the route as difficult as possible. I advise you to try mountain biking.

      I have a mountain bike. and just bought a road bike the other day. Just rode my first 100 miles yesterday.

    Road Bikes are best for riding on smooth asphalted roads, I drive three to four miles daily.
