During lockdown many of the fitness freaks started using Fitness Apps to remain fit and healthy.
Which Fitness App you used to do workouts ? and What feature you like the most of it ?

  • tbh ima runnin' with Plzmuhflaps.

It is way cool on the physical -- but also adds valyoo from what filosophers have termed "the higher plane of ascension".

Ideah is: simple an' regulah arm & hand (ie 'wing') movements can loft you on up to anothah plane.

No joggin' involved -- less'n you gaht real good balance an' nowan is lookin'.

My favo feachah is Fly with a Friend.

Means I can hook up with my bestie Amy an' discuss stuff like what we would do if Vision evah extended us an insubstantial hand.

I have started working out, and I am looking for some fitness apps... I can't find one that will work great for me so far... I like the service called Canadian pharmacy though. I often get some great and working supplements and vitamins from there, and I am pretty sure that you will like those a lot too, have a look there and good luck, guys

    Hello!
Push up are a very fundamental exercise for upper body targeting chest, shoulder and triceps.
Is there any push up variation which target bicep and back muscles(traps, lats, rear delts, etc).
