The dragster type car that is powered by a single propeller spun by the wind travels at nearly twice as much again as the wind velocity and does not slow down with wind speed variance. A physics professor bets the presenter 10k that this it is not physically possible. The original inventor of the car involved actually proved it decades ago. The bet was witnessed being signed by Neil Tyson and Bill Nigh.
