You go without food for a few days and only drink water.
Been reading a lot of stuff that says it's beneficial in so many ways. If most of what I read is true...the benefits are amazing:
can reverse some diseases
resets your metabolism
clears your mind to focus like never before
reverses aging by cleaning bad cells from your body
the whole thing is interesting...
I'm thinking about going on an extended water fast (10 days).
Anyone else tried this, and if you have do you have any thoughts or feedback?
