The latch on the dirt catcher has broke on our One power cordless. And we just got notification that Hoover is processing the order for a brand new one at NO expense to us.

Have you heard, Riccar are dropping the Goatie hair brush in favor of their new revolutionary Lambs wool one. It Bleats as it Sweeps, as it Cleans.

I told Claude about this move, he just went Baaaaah

Hoover vacuum cleaners are no longer made in the US. The Hoover company in Canton Ohio is now just a distribution warehouse.

If you contacted Hoover, they sent you a machine because it's the easiest way to satisfy your problem. It's also possible that they have no parts for that machine, so the only thing they can do is replace the whole vacuum.

I've done the same thing myself, as long as it's still under warranty. I'm glad they are taking care of you.

There are no replacement parts for Vacuum Cleaner Salesmen in Wooster. And for that we are eternally grateful.
