and feel like one. Been having some friends from Boston over this whole week. And we pretty much have eaten every meal out. BBBQ, Mexican, German....you name it and we have eaten it.

It's fun to eat out but every single day it gets tiring

No wonder your diet isn't working......

I agree though, eating out is fun....but not every day. It gets old pretty fast for me, at least.

Buy yourself a smoker and a a pellet bbq grill. If you don't already have them.

The killer is all the salt in the restaurant food that means you drink more fluids mainly beer .

Just checked the weather you been having cold weather even for Texas?

Yeah just got back from a run. Around 34 degrees which is freezing for us down here. Wind chill in lower 20s

Considering the title of this thread, I'm surprised it took you this long to show up.

                  Made me laugh out loud.

Which took time away from my eating.

Dammit, I gave you a classic set up and you biffed it.

                    "Sorry, I was eating."

                      Yup. Your version was funnier.

                      Slightly.

But to be fair, my response also included the premise that I am always eating.

Oh I'm sorry, when I entered I thought it was another Claude thread

I love eating out. But, I know that over time if I did it every day it would be too fattening. Have done 5 cruises and eating whatever you want, whenever you want was just a short walk away. Just dropped a couple of hundred on another Amazon food order to my door. (My friends daughter just got Omicron despite having been double vaccinated so being a bit more of a home bod again) It is a little more expensive but good food and lower in sugar and fat generally and more vegetarian dishes.

Perhaps that's an option for a few months, restrict yourself to only the stuff at wholefoods market.

I love so much. Especially when I go out with friends, I get drunk to the max. And it makes no sense for a person like me to diet. So I'm thinking about daring to do weight loss surgery and get it over with once and for all.

I had to come see what this title was all about.

I was probably hungry when I clicked on a BeardMeetsFood YouTube Video because this rather normal looking chap takes on a mountain of food in Challenges.

If the challenges is an Hour he usually knocks it out in 30.

Not sure what the appeal is for me...I want the food or I am trying to figure out why he is still alive.

Remember watching Joey Chestnut wolfing down hotdogs and he would periodically swivel his tummy and side to side.

I started doing this while in the bathroom and it really gets you going haha. Also sitting up straight and raising my arms for some reason "works". I will leave it at that.

You eat so much because you program your mind in this way ,start by visualising when you go to bed that you eat healthy ,you eat less etc .The thing its to not give up asfter some days consistency its key to program subconstient mind
