And they are worth every bit of the $10 they cost ( $8 after 4pm).
It has blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter ,and more.

It's all organic and a super source of anti oxidants and protein. I gotta be careful because I feel like I could eat there everyday which would play havoc on my financial situation.

Anyone else try these bowls ??

That's funny - I couldn't edit that either - and you don't want to KNOW what kind of 'bowl' you were referring to.

Remember way back when one way to stop spammers was to disallow some words? Some of the 'replacements' were hilarious but for the life of me I can't remember those now.

That was used whenever we had a 'fad' word or phrase that was popping here all over....and **** was one of those words.

Back then, threads were not pre-moderated - and there were often hundreds of threads a day....spam posts appeared until a mod zapped it. Replacing the most common 'spam words' with silliness kept the spammers from getting any real attention here.

To answer your question - no, never had an **** bowl...we buy fresh fruit constantly. Right now - and its common - we have containers of honeydew melon, watermelon, a mixture we make every week of blueberries, blackberries, red raspberries, strawberries, bananas, kiwi that may include fresh peaches and pineapple....depending what looks good at the market.

We keep fruit mix cut up and add OJ or grape juice as a liquid....toward the end of the week we take what's left and make smoothies with it.

I like celery stuffed with chunky peanut butter...it's a favorite snack. My d-in-law eats granola - my cereal is special K high protein...both of us pile fruit on our cereal.

I'd have to see a full list of ingredients for 'prepared' fruit bowls....some likely have sugar or other 'flavor enhancers' added. I beT you could make your own bowls at home that would be healthier and not break the bank.

Yes, I talked about this years ago when I mentioned a chain of fitness centers I own and we offer this along with smoothies. **** bowls have about 60g of sugar per bowl (on average).

I like your idea of doing your own bowls.

Glad you cleared it up lol, because I was wondering what the **** bowl was

We also make our own 'chopotle style' bowls at home...had those a couple nights ago.

We had chopotle last week and I like OUR version better.

Pretty sure you know there's a market out there for good healthy homemade stuff.

Costs a lot to get into a Walmart, etc., but, just offering the recipe, or starting out small can work wonders.

Probably won't make anyone wealthy overnight, but there are people doing it slowly but surely.

It's odd I'm talking about this now because a few days ago I was looking into the Paul Newman line where they give all the profits to charity...actually think it was because of a story I read from one of his daughters saying she wasn't happy with the way things were going.
