Hello Fam, I wanted to take this time to wish each of you a Happy Thanksgiving and also
I hope you enjoy the rest of the holiday season that is to come.

So what are the plans for you guys, We got some family coming in from out of town
and my mother is cooking, so you know I am fixing to get down on this good ole southern
food.

I can't wait to dig into that juicy turkey and dressing, along with creamy giblet gravy,
sweet potatoes dressed with a crispy pecan brown sugar top, turnip greens, cheesy macaroni that will have you slapping your knee.

And if that just doesn't have your mouth watering, wait until we bring out that pineapple glazed, cherry topped Spiced ham, Pasta salad, all kind of desserts like punkin' pie, chess, fudge an no telling what else.

And no southern holiday meal would be complete without something that has been a staple at our table for as long as i can remember, What is it you might ask?

Chitlin's or properly pronounced Chitterlings, Yes, pig innards, Now I know, I know but let me just say, if you have not tried it, Hey don't knock. When they are done just right, OH MY GOSH!. So maybe not the healthiest eating on this one day to give Thanks.

I know we should be thankful every day of our lives that we are able to wake up
and breathe the fresh air and enjoy the great gifts and miracles that our Father has given us.

So why don't you guys take a few minutes and tell us what you are thankful for, I know we all are thankful for our family and health and these are some of the important things that i am thankful for also,(even though the health could be ALOT better, yea i know, chitlin's don't help.)

So what will you do tomorrow and will you take the time out with your family to let them know that you are thankful and glad that they are here to enjoy this day with you.

Take care and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Jeffrey D. Anderson.
