That might be possible if you have a friend that knows flash, or somene you can strick up a bargin with offering something of high value to them in return.

Other than that, I don't know anyone here or elsewhere that will do that kind of work for you for basically nothing. If this was the case, most designers would be starving charging the price you refer to.

I reckon I know a couple of people who would probably have a crack at it.

They've just finished working through "HTML for Dummies", and are now learning how to use a camera.

But they drive a hard bargain. You'd have to pay the Paypal commission for them! :-)

From an SEO specialists point of view, that site isn't worth $50. Flash is anathema to good SEO.

That verizon site is STUPID ANYWAY! A simple list of features and benefits, with a link to show them would probably be FAR more effective! AND it would take LESS time to create/visit, use less bandwidth, etc....

Nah! I really doubt someone would make a flash site like that just for $50.

Even a simple html site design cost more than that.

Maybe you can search for cheap designer somewhere, though I am not sure that they have the ability to make that.

The flash on websites looks cool but I would not recommend it. Many computers out there still may have problems viewing it. Also its not helpful for SEO.

I also found that when I run across these that they take too long to load.

Perhaps you should check with rentacoder or elance and see if anyone would be willing to create this for you.

Well, I had $400 and wanted some PHP guy to fix some bugs on my site. I said, "I have a tight budget of $400 and can only pay a month later". He asked me to send the details. And you know what?
