Bought The Best TV On The Planet

Always had an interest in quality TV's and how great they can be in terms of picture and sound. So, not having spent out on any vacations or lavish purchases over the last 2 years, decided to splash out.

Bought a Sony 65" A95L. This tv is an Oled but has fantastic backlighting, picture control and sound. It came out last year and was voted the best tv then and again this year. No other brand's flagship tv's can touch it. Universal acclaim.

So, one of my more ahem, expensive purchases, but not disappointed. Truly lives up to it's reputation, blows you away.

Anyone else here just said screw it, and just purchased the very best in anything?

    Srsly tho, I splashed out on sum hi stretch yoga pants a while back.

    Just a little update. When I got the TV, the Bestbuy assistant said they would price match it for up to 2 weeks after purchase. I have had it for one.

    When I logged into Bestbuy's site today the tv had gone down in price by 100 bucks, just to the end of opening, Sunday. So I got to chat with an online agent and no fuss, they just asked for my email address I used to get the receipt and refunded me $108.25 back to my card, no fuss. They price-matched themselves, lol

    So, good job Bestbuy.

    That Sony 65" A95L sounds like a beast! Nothing beats the feeling of having a top quality TV that delivers on both picture and sound. I did something similar a while back, went all out on a premium set, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. I mostly use mine for watching movies and shows on cozi tv , and the difference in quality is unreal. Sometimes, it's just about treating yourself to the best and enjoying it!
