My Hemorrhoids are cured
A quick refresher - last summer (southern hemisphere) I got my first hemorrhoid
It sucked & it was very ignoble having to put cream on it.
I figured it was from work or just middle age. But I also knew my body was trying to tell me something.
OK fast forward several months - my blood tests kept showing high iron saturation and ferritin but I had no illness or inflammation.
After months it looked like toxic levels of iron in my body or haemochromatosis - which is eventually terminal if untreated but very easy to treat.
I got half my blood taken out in seven weeks and none put back in - my body used up the excess iron to make more red blood cells.
Now my blood is normal.
And yes all signs of hemorrhoids have vanished also. So that was a symptom of the iron poisoning.
