Why Is My Profile Picture Not Showing?

Hi there,

sorry if this question is off topic. However, when I set up my profile picture, it comes up OK in the control panel and when I click on my username.

However, when I post the profile picture does not come up.

Any ideas on what I can do to change this and make it actually show?
